Recruitment Manager (17-2-056)

Job Description

We are looking for a Recruitment Manager to lead the recruitment activities across Europe for both our operations, consulting services and our internal resources. You will be responsible for attracting top talent and ensuring recruitment needs are satisfied in a timely and professional manner. You will represent Solenix with external candidates and co-ordinate recruitment activities with the other Divisions. Working pre-dominantly in English, your networking skills will be utilised on a daily basis as you build relationships with both partner companies, clients and with candidates.

In more detail your tasks will include:

  • Building Talent Pools;
  • Advertising and maintaining the Solenix presence on a variety of recruitment platforms;Using selection criteria to determine suitable candidates;
  • Arranging and performing interviews;
  • Preparing proposals for our customers presenting suitable candidates, including technical, commercial and contractual aspects.
  • Recording all information relating to the recruitment process in the Solenix customised recruitment tool;
  • Assisting with general recruitment queries;
  • Maintaining recruiting team metrics;
  • Other duties customarily associated with being a Recruitment Manager.

Required Skills and Experience

You will have at least one year’s recent experience working in recruitment, ideally gained in an engineering environment, in an agency environment or in-house recruitment team.

In addition, you will be able to demonstrate:

  • People skills, networking skills (ability to build a network of contacts) and a motivation and enthusiasm for recruitment,
  • IT proficiency including MS Office, use of templates and recruitment databases and tools.
  • An ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment, liaising with partners based at locations across Europe, whilst preserving confidential information.
  • Ability to work under pressure, with tight deadlines and high workloads;
  • Excellent organisational skills whilst working in a proactive manner, maintaining a professional image to applicants and employees.
  • Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in English (written, spoken and reading). Any other European Union languages would be an asset.
