Job Description
We are looking for a Machine Learning Engineer to join our Engineering Division in Germany. This role covers the different phases of ML model operationalization including model optimization, building MLOps infrastructure for experimentation, model management, containerization, deployment, and model performance monitoring.
Required Skills and Experience
Bachelor or Master in Computer Sciences, preferably with a focus on software engineering
4 years of professional experience in machine learning
Pro-active attitude with initiative and interest in challenging solutions
Excellent communication skills in an international environment
Fluency in English, both spoken and written particularly in technical documentation
Proved knowledge of foundational concepts of MLOps, application development, infrastructure management, and data engineering
Hands-on experience in the following technologies is required:
MLOps tools like MLRun, Kubeflow, MLFlow or similar
OpenAPI and RESTful Services
Linux/Unix environments
Python
Kubernetes
Desirable Skills and Experience
Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, NumPy or similar
Continuous integration environments and source control management systems and their respective tools, e.g. GitLab and SonarQube
Experience with code-as-infrastructure tools like Terraform or similar
Experience with development of Cloud Native Applications and Cloud Environments (e.g., GCP)
SQL Databases (PostgreSQL and/or MariaDB) and Time Series Databases
Experience with the implementation of Data Apps using Streamlit, Plotly Dash, or similar
