Our Engineering Division is composed of motivated and creative professionals who value quality, team spirit, and a supportive working environment. We combine technical excellence with a flexible and collaborative culture.

If you are passionate about leading high-impact projects in an international setting and want to help shape the future of space services, this position is for you.

  • Ensure compliance with customer-specific standards (e.g. ECSS), service-level agreements, and internal processes
  • Monitor and report on performance indicators (KPIs, SLAs) and initiate corrective actions when needed
  • Lead internal coordination across engineering, security, and quality assurance teams
  • Serve as the main point of contact for customer communication and project coordination
  • Conduct project meetings, phase reviews, and customer reporting, including preparation of agendas, minutes, and formal documentation
  • Contribute to proposals and change requests related to ongoing and new opportunities
  • Track risks, budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure project success
  • Support business development efforts related to service projects

Required Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in project management, preferably in the space, defence, or high-tech sector
  • Proven track record of leading multidisciplinary teams and delivering complex technical projects
  • Excellent understanding of service-based delivery models, including KPI monitoring, SLA compliance, and customer reporting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in an international environment
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken, especially in technical and formal contexts
  • Strong documentation and reporting skills, including contractual and technical deliverables
  • Experience with risk management and change control

Desirable Skills

  • Experience with data-intensive or mission-critical systems is an advantage
  • Familiarity with structured project frameworks (e.g., ECSS, ISO 9001/27001)
  • Proficiency in project tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar
  • Experience working on institutional or space agency projects, particularly those involving long-term operations
  • Understanding of cloud computing, data archiving, or DevOps environments
